Shipping

Animals purchased will be shipped out the day after the payment was received, unless it is on the weekends or holidays. When ordering multiple reptiles you need to only pay the original shipping fee as if you were buying one snake

25% needs to be put down in order to hold animals  

Return policy 

Mastro’s Morphs does everything within it's powers to please our customers. We make sure the snake or animal is healthy and eating before it is ever shipped out. If we have any reason to believe you pet will not be 100% healthy upon it's arrival to you we will not ship it until we can make an accurate determination of the animals health. Animals are able to be replaced or refunded within 48 hours of receiving the snake. If the animal has passed away a picture for proof will be required.

Legal letter 

The customer is responsible to know their reptile laws in the states and counties that the animal will be shipped to, Mastro’s Morphs always make sure to check before shipping.

For Example:  animals like Burmese, Tegus, and Iguanas are not legal to be shipped to Florida.
