At Mastro’s Morphs, Inc. we will always do our best to leave every customer satisfied. Our objective is for you to be happy with any animal purchased from us. We are always here to help you with any questions, concerns or just how to care for your animal the proper way to insure it’s maximum lifespan. We do our best to accommodate any return requests where you the customer is dissatisfied with your purchase and to ensure your experience with Mastro’s Morphs, Inc. exceeds your expectations.
All of Mastro’s Morphs animals are Captive Bred right here in our professionally maintained Oklahoma City facility. Our animals are under stringent care by our staff from birth until they are delivered to you. We always do our best to insure you will receive a high quality animal in the best of health. Due to their captive breeding and handling of the babies they generally have a very friendly disposition. Temperament problems typically are very short term and will resolve themselves once the animal acclimates to its new home/environment. There are some cases where we will agree to exchange an ill tempered animal after we have exhausted other methods of correcting these behavioral issues.
Rare feeding issues can also arise. In most cases we have solutions to remedy this situation. Once we have tried our proven techniques to resolve your animals feeding issues and the animal still will not eat, we will be happy to exchange the animal for you. Mastro’s Morphs will send you a return label and once the animal is received we will ship your replacement animal. Please do not ship back any animal without return authorization from Mastro’s Morphs.
Mastro’s Morphs will not offer cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances, when necessary we offer exchanges only. There will be no refunds on any payments. All disputes must be handled without using the credit card charge back process. Any returns of live animals are solely left to the discretion of Mastro’s Morphs, Inc.
Mastro’s Morphs cannot guarantee your husbandry practices and therefore there is no guarantee longer than 24 hours. It is imperative that Mastro’s Morphs is notified in writing within 24 hours of any arising issue with you animal for an exchange to be considered. Once an exchange is agreed to by Mastro’s Morphs, Inc. we will send you instructions on how to prepare your animal for safe shipping back to us. We will also send you an invoice for the shipping payment that must be sent to us prior to sending you the return labels. When we receive your pre-payment for shipping we will email you a return shipping label to return your animal to us. When we receive your animal we will then make arrangements to ship your replacement/exchange animal to you.
Mastro’s Morphs guarantees all animals will arrive at your destination alive, in good condition and correctly sexed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Mastro’s Morphs will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. Any issues with your animal contact us immediately.
Mastro’s Morphs cannot guarantee the health of any animal if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. If you supply us with the wrong shipping information delays can occur and the animals may be subjected to conditions they cannot survive! Please remember these are live animals, you must be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
